This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0109 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) Sustainable Agricultural Water Systems (SAWS) Research unit has a requirement for Guideline Geo America’s ABEM GrountTEM i10 system Ground-based transient electromagnetic induction sounding instrument (or equivalent) with virtual training for its facility located at Davis, CA. See attached for brand name or equal specifications. vii.
