The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Office has a construction project for the Annex Building Electrical and Date Outlet located at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) 12905B24Q0086 may be issued on or around May 06, 2024 The requirement will be 100 % SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, under NAICS Code 238210 with a size standard of $19.0 Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
