A revised SOW was added and a Questions and Answers document. Acknowledgement of the Amendment is required with yoru quote. This is a solciitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to install a concrete pad with a Government provided generator and automatic transfer switch. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Emailed digital copy of bonds are due within 14 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #WA20240025 dated 01/19/2024 is applicable to this contract.
