This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0039 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-02 dated 01/22/2024. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5559 revision 21 for Garfield, WA is applicable and is attached. This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333996 the small business size standard is 1,250. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 Removal, service, any repairs and reset of 150 HP turbine pump motor, a 20HP pump and motor, and a Yaskawa variable frequency drive by a certified electrician with proper removal equipment.
