This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0038 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-02. iv. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516 the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 – Stereo Microscope (brand name or equal) vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Stereo Microscope with accessories brand name or equivalent to Zeiss Discovery V8 Stereo Microscope and meets attached specifications. vii.
