This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0030 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03 February 23, 2024 found at www.https://www.acquisition.gov/ iv. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516 the small business size standard is 1,000. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: CLIN Qty UI Description 0001 7 ea Open Path FTIR w/ Tripods with retroreflectors IAW the specifications vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Northwest Irigation and Soils Research facility in Kimberly, ID has a need for Open Path FTIR equipment with tripods and retroreflectors. vii. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery by: 12 weeks after award Delivery to: USDA ARS NWISR 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341 This requirement shall be FOB Destination. vii.
