A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for utility site preparatory work required for a modular unit placement at its facility located at 24106 N Bunn Road, Prosser, WA 99350. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in attached draft Statement of Work. The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the official solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for offer preparation costs.
