This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.This requirement would be for an area-wide Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Fixed-price task orders would be issued off this contract for A-E projects throughout the PWA service area. The A-E would provide indicated professional services associated with the planning, pre-design, design, bid and construction management phases of a proposed project under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36 for Title I, Title II and Title III services.
