The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) has a requirement for the replacement of rooftop HVAC units at Horticulture Crop Research Unit USDA Agricultural Research Service Corvallis, OR 97333. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45M. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday August 29, 2023, at 10.00 a.m. Pacific Time. See Section L.5 of attached solicitation for more information and RSVP instructions.
