Amendment 01 corrects the Terms and Conditions subparagraph B.5 closing date. Change from 9 Sep 2023, 12:00pm to 30 Aug 2023, 5:00pm PDT. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for the installation of a walk-in refrigerated box at PWA San Joaquin Valley Agric Science 9611 S Riverbend Avenue Parlier CA 93648 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 238220 with a size standard of $19M. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Thursday August 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. See Section L.5 of attached solicitation for more information and RSVP instructions.
