This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center, Tropical Plant Genetic Resources and Disease Research Unit in Hilo, HI has a requirement for a Short Wavelength Infrared (SWIR) Hyperspectral imaging system that is equivalent to the SPECIM brand SWIR Hyperspectral imaging system.
