This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to paint the main building and pumphouse at its facility in Pendleton, OR. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in attached draft Statement of Work. The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 238320 – Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or around July 19, 2023. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the official solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for offer preparation costs.
