This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) U.S. Arid Land Agricultural Research Center requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to Install a 60’ x 60’ Concrete Pad and Five (5) 8’ x 40’ Storage Containers with Electric at its facility in Maricopa, AZ. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in attached draft Statement of Work. The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 238110 – Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or around June 22, 2023. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the official solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for offer preparation costs.
