The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for the replacement of leaking mechanical roof vents at the Holm Research Center 2222 West 6th Stree Moscow, ID 83844. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be awarded on a full and open basis, under NAICS Code 236220. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday July 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. See Section L.4 of attached solicitation for more information and RSVP instructions.
