The contractor shall maintain the current facility buildings, grounds and equipment to their most productive and efficient state of performance. The work is located at: USDA-ARS-PWA ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane Maricopa AZ 85138 The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 This will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis.
