The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) has a construction requirement to Renovate Area Administrative Offices (AAO) at 800 Buchanan Street Albany, CA 94710. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Tues., April 04, 2023 at 10:30 p.m. P.T. For the site visit, we ask the following: The names of any visitors, whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport), and please limit to 3 people per company. All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing: lam.pham@usda.gov ; peter.lane@usda.gov ; and ken.crushman@usda.gov ; no later than 9:00 a.m. P.T Friday, March 31, 2023 with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected. Participants will meet at: USDA ARS PWA – Lobby Area 800 Buchanan Street Albany, CA 94710 All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to lam.pham@usda.gov 9:00 a.m. PT, Thursday, April 06, 2023. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
