This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B23Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-01 effective December 30, 2022. iv. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 500. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 1: Belt thresher, electric with chevron belt. vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see attached specifications. vii. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery is due no later than May 31, 2023. Place of delivery is the USDA, ARS, SWCS at 48037 Tubbs Ranch road in Adams, OR 97810. This requirement shall be FOB Destination. All costs for freight, shipping, handling and delivery SHALL be included in your quote. viii.
