The completed project will result in conformance to the current edition of applicable local and state building codes. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision needed for the renovation. This requirement is being prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction Contracts. This will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 236220 - Addition, Alteration and Renovation, General Contractor, Commercial and Institutional Building Standard Small Business Size is $39.5M Disclosure of Magnitude - Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 The solicitation, including all supporting documents, will be posted to the website SAM.gov (System for Award Management) on or about March 17, 2022.
