This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0261 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-07 dated August 10, 2022. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5631 Revision 17 dated July 15, 2022 for Yolo county, CA is applicable and is attached. This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 812331. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: We request professionally laundered standard hospital linens and scrubs be provided and delivered to the USDA, ARS, WHNRC on a weekly basis as per the Statement of Work. It is essential to have soiled linen picked up on a weekly basis. BASE YEAR Of SERVICE October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023 CLIN 1 – Standard fitted sheets, white (20) CLIN 2 - Standard Flat sheets, white (20) CLIN 3 - Standard pillowcases, white (40) CLIN 4 - Standard twin blankets (40) CLIN 5 - Scrub top (5) CLIN 6 - Scrub bottom (5) CLIN 7 - Soiled laundry bag CLIN 8 – Linen Maintenance Fees, Service Delivery Fees, etc. This requirement includes the option to include additional option years or this service. Please be sure your quote includes CLIN level pricing for the additional optional service periods: OPTION YEAR 1 October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024 for ALL CLINS OPTION YEAR 2 October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025 for ALL CLINS Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see the attached Statement of Work Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Performance should start within one week after award and be performed weekly as per the SOW.
