COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0226 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-07 dated August 10, 2022. This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code 336214. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: CLIN 1 Sheep camp, 16” x 86” with power, appliances, and solar package per specifications (likely Sanpitch N22S1 or similar) (1 each) CLIN 2 Trade-in for a 1981 Wilson camp, s/n WC491181, 14’x7’ CLIN 3 Transportation – delivery of the new sheep camp and pickup of the trade-in CLIN 4 Dealer Preparation fees, etc. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see the attached system specification document and photos of trade-in. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: The required delivery date for this requirement is 12 months after award. This requirement shall be FOB Destination. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
