The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers and pictures of the ceiling: Question 1: Will we have access above the ceiling to run wires to control the light dimming? Answer: No, there is no access to above the ceilings from the hallway. Most, if not all, of the offices should have conduit between the switches and the fixtures. Question 2: What type of ceiling and how high? Answer: All ceilings are conventional except for Rm 116 (see picture) which is a drop ceiling. Heights for all rooms are approximately 9'4" (see pictures for Rm 101 and 138), except for Rooms 116 and 117 which are approximately 7'4'' (see pictures). ***AMENDMENT 0002 - See attached SF30. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide responses to questions that were submitted by the question submission deadline of 7/1/2022: Question 1: The fixtures chosen are 0-10v dimming, is there currently 0-10v dimming wire existing from the switch to the fixtures or will it need to be added? Answer: There are no 0-10 volt wires existing. Dimmers are included in the SOW and the vendors should quote however they deem necessary to accomplish the task. Question 2: How many switches are in each office? Answer: One switch per office Question 3: The new LED fixtures in the hall to match are listed as 27W while the fixture replacement list is showing 20W, which one would you like to use?
