Answer: 30 days ### The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to replace four existing Bard A/C units & controls with one new combined variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, including removing existing equipment, installing new equipment, electrical and control modifications.
