The location needs a Qualified Contractor to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies/materials, except those furnished by the Government, necessary to replace 90 greenhouse roof panels with Government supplied panels. The contractor shall maintain the current facility buildings, grounds and equipment to their most productive and efficient state of performance. The work is located at: USDA-ARS-PWA ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane Maricopa AZ 85138 The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 This will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 238160 Roofing Contractors PCS: N056 Installation of Equipment - Construction and Building Material Small Business Size: $19M The RFQ will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the “Contracting Opportunities” section. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
