COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide service(s) for Cryogenic Services for the Carl Hayden Bee Research Center, Tucson, AZ. (A) The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0032 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-02 and 2022-03 thru Jan 14, 2022 (C) This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 325120 the small business size standard is 1,000. (D) List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: 0001 – JOB - with four follow-on years going through 02/28/2027, if exercised by the Contracting Officer. (F) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: The period of performance is 03/01/2022 to 02/28/2023, with four follow-on years going through 02/28/2027, if exercised by the Contracting Officer. (I) Offerors are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer online at SAM: www.sam.gov.
