The USDA/ARS-Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center (PBARC) located at 64 Nowelo St. and the Germplasm Repository located at 928 Stainback Highway in Hilo Hawaii requires the maintenance services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to service and repair the air conditioning system and all components. Contractor’s maintenance personnel shall be factory trained and certified in the maintenance and repair of the specified equipment within the attachment to include but not limited to Trane, Daikin, McQuay etc. All work performed shall be in compliance with USDA, ARS, HDOA, OSHA, Chapter 149A of the Hawaii Revised Statues and all other applicable federal, state, and local code requirements as well as current industry standards and safety health and environmental management codes, in effect at the time of contract award.
