This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide a tissue culture chamber with tissue culture kit as per the included specifications, delivered to 1691 S 2700 W in Aberdeen, ID. (A) The solicitation number is 12905B21Q0184 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-06. (C) This solicitation is issued as a total small business set aside. (D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: The location requires quotes inclusive of the following: A tissue culture chamber with multiple shelves and can cool down below 7C and has adequate space (minimum 27 cubic feet) and lighting on each shelf for potato in virto cultures. Capable of low temperature operation to 2°C with the light bulbs ON Each shelf in the interior of the chamber must have its own lights appropriate to the use of a tissue culture chamber Easy to use, touch screen temperature and lighting control panel that can send an alarm when set conditions are not maintained, with connectivity to PC and mobile devices for real time alerts. The control panel/controller should be able to store multiple programs and schedule lighting/temperatures. Minimum interior space of 27 cubic feet. Upward vertical air flow is required. Freight costs shall be included in all quotes. All items shall be quoted FOB Destination. All items in the order shall be delivered within 100 days of the date of order.
