This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the selected contractor to provide Brand name or equivalent requirement Model name: Ocean Insight NIRQUEST+2.5 Spectrometer Model number: NIRQUEST+2.5 for the USDA, ARS, PWA, PBARC DKI 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720 (A) The solicitation number is 12905B21Q0104 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2021-06 (July 12, 2021). (C) This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 500. (F) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: We anticipate delivery within 60 days after receipt of order. Inspection will be performed at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720 All items shall be sent FOB Destination. Please ensure ALL freight costs are included in your response.
