Cardon Lane, Maricopa, AZ. 85138. This announcement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The USDA is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish, the work as provided in the Contract documents, Plans, and Specifications, summary of which is provided below: This project contains Items as listed below: Total count of Parking spaces: North POV Parking Lot: 78 including 3 handicap spaces South POV Parking Lot: 86 including 3 handicap spaces South/East GOV Parking Lot: 30 North POV Parking Lot: Construct and install covered parking structures over 78 parking spaces divided into 5 sections of the North parking lot with 3 handicap spaces. Section 1: 12 - Double stall covers (9’ x 40’ x 10’) and 2 Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’). Section 2: 13 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’). Section 3: 13 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’). Section 4: 11 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’). Section 5: 15 - Single stall covers (9’ x 20’ x 10’) - 3 handicap spaces. South POV Parking Lot: Construct and install covered parking structures over 86 parking spaces divided into 4 sections of the South parking lot.
