HVAC upgrade for the Annex at Building 2 providing replacement units for the existing units and to correct air supply to four laboratories. This upgrade will include heat recovery, exhaust fans and variable speed motors or dampers to maintain negative pressure in the labs at all times including when fume hoods are operating. New ducting will be required for four offices with demolition of the existing corridor ceiling and all accessories and fixtures allowing access for the new ductwork installation with installation of a new ceiling being required along with replacement doors for both offices and labs and the corresponding work required for installation.
