AMENDMENT # 0001 AGAR452.211-74 Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract will be 150 days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Contract Officer. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to upgrade entrances and vestibules, Bldg.1 at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Lab, 3793 N 3600E, Kimberly, ID 83341. Please see the specifications and drawings for additional information. Solicitation #12905B20R0010 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the attached clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price purchase order. Solicitation is a 100% total small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit proposal.
