Additionally, the work shall consist of loading, hauling and placing unclassified borrow from a government furnished source to the location shown on the drawings. Project Timeline: Work shall not start before September 15, 2020 and must be completed by August 15, 2021.

Pre-Solicitation Notice for Solicitation No. 12854420R0002 The Shoshone National Forest is issueing a notice for Road Construction Work. The work shall consist of construction of 1.95 miles of road for Dutch Charlie timber sale. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all material and equipment necessary for construction survey and staking, linear grading, culvert placement, and fence and gate relocation/construction. Additionally, the work shall consist of loading, hauling and placing unclassified borrow from a government furnished source to the location shown on the drawings. This project is located north west of Cody, Wyoming off WY-296 at approximate milepost 16.1. Township 56 N, Range 105 W, Sections 14, 15, 23, and 24. A detailed project location map is shown on sheet 5 of the drawings. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5 million. Project is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award of this project. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov now Beta.SAM) to be eligible for award. The Shoshone NF anticipates a solicitation will be advertised on or before April 15, 2020
