AMENDMENT 0001- Is being issued to resolve discrepencies within the solicitation. Please review the two uploaded documents (SF-30 and revised solicitation) to ensure you are aware of what corrections have been made. The SF-30 MUST be signed and returned with proposal response to ensure that interested contractors are aware of the Solicitation Amendment. Cleaning of Shoshone NF North Zone Vault Toilet to COVID - CDC standard----- Completely clean and disinfect all surfaces, toilet seats, lids, risers, doors, walls, and other such surfaces, using a germicidal detergent. After cleaning, receptacles will be free of deposits, dirt, streaks. Disinfect all surfaces of partitions, entry doors, (including handles, grab bars, kick plates, ventilation grates, metal guards, etc.) and wall areas adjacent to toilets. The Contractor shall remove garbage on the floor, in the entrance, or immediately adjacent to the building and disposed of. Where available, garbage may be placed in containers on-site, provided by the Forest Service. If on-site trash containers are full, trash should be bagged and removed from the forest for disposal elsewhere. Refer to the attached solicitation for the full specifications
