AMENDMENT 0001 To Solicitation 12854420Q0008---PLEASE REFERE TO THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION-- This contract requires services for the obliteration and/or removal of carcasses adjacent to roads, trails, camping areas, or other developed sites that pose a risk to human health and safety by increasing likelihood of human-bear interaction. Under this contract, carcasses are to be; 1) Blasted, 2) Dragged, or 3) Butchered/packed out in order that they are completely removed or are placed a minimum of 200 yards from a system road or trail and/or ½ mile from any sleeping or camping area.
