Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: 12853820R0004 Black Mountain Road Construction General Description of Work: This project involves the reconstruction of 10.00 miles of Black Mountain Road NFSR 16. Major work items: Reconditioning 9.95 miles of road, Placing a 4” aggregate on X miles of road, repairing some soft spots with geo-fabric and aggregate, clearing and grubbing portions of the road, cleaning a cattle guard, replacing a cattle guard, installing signs, installing a wire gate and placing Magnesium Chloride on 0.4 miles of the road. Aggregate Surface Course will be supplied and available at the Copper Creek Pit located at T55N, R88W, Sec. 28. The aggregate surface course will need to be crushed at the pit.
