*Questions/Responses regarding this Solicitation are posted in the attachements section This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached request for quote. The service in this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform portable toilet delivery/pick up, pumping, cleaning and effluent disposal services in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. The Big Horn National Forest, Medicine Wheel Ranger District, is requesting the rental of a handicap accessible portable toilet, 3 regular portable toilets, and a hand wash station to include servicing to all units. Contractor will deliver and service toilets at the Shell Falls Visitor Center on Highway 14, 21 miles southwest of Burgess Junction, Wyoming. Cleaning and pumping on all units shall be performed 5 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Toilet Service Interior service shall consist of pumping toilet’s vault; sweeping interior floors; removing waste paper and debris from all surfaces; washing interior fixtures, walls and floor with water and disinfectant soap; restocking toilet paper; refilling toilet chemical and hand sanitizer dispenser. Hand Wash Service Servicing shall consist of removal and disposal of all waste in accordance with State and local law, as well as removal of trash in and around the unit. Sink basins, countertops, and all other surfaces are to be cleaned with disinfectant and free from spots, streaks, marks, dust, dirt, and debris. Refilling of any chemicals, liquid soap dispensers, and stocking of paper towels. Offsite Disposal of Sewage The Contractor shall be properly licensed and shall be responsible for making disposal arrangements, including disposal of all effluent, debris, and trash, and payments of all fees. Disposal shall conform to all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances. Contracting Officer Representative and Contracting Officer shall approve all disposal sites before pumping begins. The Contractor shall be responsible to prevent spillage and to haul all waste material (sewage and debris) in watertight containers. Handling of all waste material shall be in accordance with all applicable health regulations. Period of Performance The contractor shall deliver the toilets on May 22, 2020 and remove toilets on September 8, 2020.
