NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLIITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest anticipates a roof replacement at Logan District Office The project is located in the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch Cache National Forest, located in Utah. It is located at 1500 East Hwy 89 in the City of Logan, UT, 84321. The project may be accessed from State Highway 89. This project includes all work required to rehabilitate one roof covering The work includes, but is not limited to: removal and disposal of the existing roof coverings (dispose per local jurisdiction rules), furnish and installation underlayment materials, sheet metal flashing and trim to match existing color (Forest Service brown), new vent collars, and roof coverings (architectural asphalt shingles). Shingles shall be per the specifications. The more stringent of the manufactures' installation instructions and specifications herein are required. Measurement of the roof components and quantities shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The Logan District Office roof area is approximately 4,754 SF with a 5:12 pitch hipped roof. A Site Visit will be announced in the solicitation Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award www.beta.sam.gov.
