NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLIITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** The Ashley National Forest anticipates a Floating Sanitation Facilities project at Lucerne Marina. Lucerne Marina is part of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area. It is located on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District of the Ashley National Forest, Daggett County, Utah, in Sections 19 & 20, T3N, R21E, Lat. 40° 59.095'N, Long. 109° 35.156'W. It is located approximately 8 miles East of Manila, Utah. This project consists of replacing an existing floating toilet and boat wastewater pumpouts at the Lucerne Marina. The project consists of: 1-Removal and disposal of two existing docks containing floating sanitation facilities, including the existing floating toilet, boat pumpouts, sewage holding tank, and all utilities (water, sewer, electric) located on the docks. 2- Removal and disposal of the existing floating water and sewer lines. 3- Fabrication and installation of two new dock sections with floating sanitation facilities: a- Floating toilet dock, with all appurtenances and utilities, including a porta-potty dump station, a peristaltic pump system, a sewage holding tank and lift station b- Boat dump station dock, including boat pumpouts and vacuum piping system. A Site Visit will be announced in the solicitation Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 Three (3) copies of the offeror proposal must be submitted This is a total small business set aside. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
