The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), The Ashely National Forest, Flaming Gorge Ranger District, Dutch John work center is in need of Janitorial Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide for janitorial services in Government-owned buildings, in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions contained herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. Period of performance is September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020, twice per week, Tuesday and Friday, after business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Period of performance is for a base year and four 1 year options. Base Year - September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 Option Year 1- September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021 Option Year 2- September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 Option Year 3- September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 Option Year 4- September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024
