Quote due date remains the same of August 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. The Forest Service Intermountain Region anticipates a bathroom repair at Beus Research Site in Ogden, UT. The project is located at the Beus Canyon Research Site located at 4746 S. 1900 E., Ogden UT 84403. The project includes repairing an existing bathroom and surrounding walls due to water damage, including new flooring and gypsum wallboard. The majority of the demolition work required has been completed. A Site Visit will be held on August 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Beus Canyon Research site. Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $50,000 This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. Three (2) copies of the offeror proposal must be submitted All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award www.sam.gov.
