The Dixie National Forest anticipates a HVAC Project at Color Country Interagency Fire Center (CCIFC) in Cedar City, UT. The project is located at the Color Country Fire Center of the Dixie National Forest, Iron County, UT, in Section 3, T36S, R11W. It is located in 1748 W Kitty Hawk Drive Cedar City, Utah 84721. The scope of the project will include upgrading the HVAC equipment in the Color Country Interagency Fire Center (CCIFC). An independent Engineering company completed an HVAC system evaluation of the existing system and recommended changes to improve the system's reliability. Their report and recommendations will be attached to the contract package. A Site Visit will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the Dispatch Center Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $50,000 and $100,000 This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. Three (3) copies of the offeror proposal must be submitted All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
