The Forest Service has a need for janitorial series to be performed at one of our aviation facilities. Description of Work: The contractor is to furnish labor, supervision and cleaning fluids/solutions. All other materials and supplies necessary to perform the services described herein will provide will be provided by the government. Currently, the area to be cleaned or maintained consists of approximately 4300 square feet of office, 4 restrooms, storage space and garbage cans in the hangar. As of March 1st 2019 (estimated), an additional 625 square feet of office and 1 additional restroom will be added onto the facility. Conduct of Work: Janitorial services shall be performed in accordance with the frequency schedule between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., TWO (non-consecutive) days per week, which may include over the weekend unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative. (Once on Tuesday and once Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
