The Dixie National Forest (also referred to as "Forest" or "DNF") has a requirement to replace an ageing excavator. The Dixie National Forest uses this piece of equipment to facilitate road maintenance, restoring roads to a safe condition of use. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, licenses, and incidentals necessary to perform the required work, for which the desired outcome is in strict accordance with the standards of the contract.
