A respon... THE USDA FOREST SERVICE PLANS TO AWARD A LEASE FOR LAND in Salmon, Idaho. This is a sources sought announcement only and is NOT to be construed as a solicitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in any way. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost. Delineated Area: The city limits of Salmon, Idaho. Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration. Description: A 7,200 rentable square feet of level land to be used for Forest Service parking. The term will be a 10-year lease with termination rights after 6 years. Current Lease Expired: June, 2020 Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is June 30, 2020. Responses should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
