The USDA Forest Service currently occupies 7,200 rentable square feet of land used for non-secured parking under a lease that will be expiring. While this property will continue to meet our needs, information received in response to this advertisement will be used to assist with determining whether to remain in the existing location or if alternative locations can satisfy the Government’s requirements and is economically advantageous to compete the lease requirement. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability, location, costs likely to be incurred with relocating such as replication of any tenant improvements, and the impact to the agency. Location must be available no later than July 1, 2020 and shall not be located in a 100 year flood plain. All services and required improvements shall be provided as part of the rental consideration. THIS IS ONLY AN INQUIRY AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF LOCATIONS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP).
