The United States Government and USDA Forest Service are seeking to lease approximately 4523 square feet of ANSI/BOMA (ABOA SF) office space, 10,100 rentable square feet of warehouse space, 31,200 square feet of ware-yard, and a minimum of 46 parking spaces for employees and visitors, in Afton, Wyoming. The warehouse must yield a minimum of four vehicle bays with electric bay doors not less than 11 feet 6 inches wide by 12 feet high, and a minimum bay depth of 35 feet to accommodate Forest Service equipment. The total estimated site requirement is 1.93 acres. Site must be located within the following delineated area: North to Alpine Northwest, South to Smoot, East to Turnerville, and West to the Idaho State Boarder. Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for 11 years firm.
