This requirement is for 100% Small business set-aside. Evaluation method will be based on lowest priced technically acceptable. All quotes will be good for 60 days. This requirement is Firm fixed price. All quotes are due to Sarah Cotton at sarah.cotton@usda.gov NLT 5:00 PM MST September 3rd, 2024. There will only be one site visit.
