Salient Characteristics are as follows: The isothermal fluorometer reads reagents specific to quagga and zebra mussel eDNA detection from multiple reagent manufacturers. It is portable for use in the field with a 12V power supply with a battery life up to six hours. Ability to download data with a USB flash drive. The unit materials must allow outdoor use but does not need to be stored outside or waterproof.
