The USDA Forest Service for Region 1 (Idaho and Montana area) requires elevator inspection and maintenance services for elevators located at multiple locations. The Contractor shall provide elevator maintenance and inspection services for the USDA Forest Service, Region 1 at ALL locations listed in this requirement. Please see the attached synopsis/solicitation for complete list of locations and description. An optional Experience Questionnaire is also attached, for convenience. However, past performance may be submitted as part of your technical submission in another format, as long as it conforms with submittal instructions contained in section viii, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, of the attached solicitation. Amendment 0001 - Please see attached amended solicitation document, 1284LM23Q0096 Amd 0001.docx. Changes are highlighted in GREEN. Two locations have been removed from the schedule of items, language removed/added from (vi) Description of Requirement. Date and time offers are due is extended through September 6, 2023, 1700 MT.
