This requirement is for a multi-year award for as needed work. The number of units listed is an estimation and not a guarantee. It could be more or less pumping depending upon the number of visitors each season. There are four ranger Districts/Zones, and vendors are asked to submit a bid for whichever locations they are interested in. Whether this be for one location or up to all four locations. The Government will award a contract(s) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror(s) conforming to the solicitation, that will be most advantageous to the Government
