The USDA Forest Service for Region 1 (Idaho and Montana area) requires elevator inspection and maintenance services for elevators located at multiple locations. The Contractor shall provide complete elevator inspections and maintenance services for the USDA Forest Service, Region 1 at the locations listed in this requirement. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, parts, insurance, and required state and federal certifications to accomplish the following, using trained employees, directly employed, supervised and scheduled by the Contractor, inspect, lubricate, adjust and as conditions dictate, repair or replace parts as necessary. Please see the attached synopsis/solicitation for the complete list of locations and description. AMENDMENT 1: Changes are as outlined in the attached SF-30. Amended synopsis/solicitation with changes highlighted in GREEN is also attached. Please remit signed SF-30 and pricing on amended Schedule.
